PURPOSE: To obtain a homogeneous and high-quality molded article by making a brittle material less breakable, and thereby preventing physical properties such as originally decorative and photoreflective one from becoming deteriorated, and further, achieving a uniformly mixed distribution of the brittle material in a resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin material Ma is fed into a heating cylinder 3 incorporating a screw to be provided on an injection molding machine 1 from a first material feed part 4 arranged at the rear of the heating cylinder 3. In addition, the resin material Ma is plasticized into a molten material, which, in turn, is moved to the forward part of the heating cylinder 3. At the same time, a brittle material Mb is fed into the heating cylinder 3 from a second material feed part 5 arranged ahead of the first material feed part 4. Finally a plasticized molten resin Mm is mixed with the brittle material Mb, and the mixture is moved to the front of the heating cylinder 3. |
