Laying material for use in carpet fitting

A laying material on rolls is for use in laying floor coverings. The roll width is determined in such a way that a given floor area can be completely covered with it. The material comprises a carrier material, an adhesive layer located on both sides of the carrier material, and a film covering one of the adhesive layers. The film can be detached from the layer. The carrier material is made of a bending-resistant material with a rigidity equivalent to strong paper or thin board.
