<p>The invention concerns a viscometer and a method for measuring the viscosity of a fluid mass (1). Said mass is poured into a plate (3) shaped like a cupel, and said plate (3) is brought near an upper plate (4) for crushing the drop formed before releasing it: then the oscillations of the drop are observed for deducing therefrom its viscosity. in order to avoid all contact between the fluid (1) and a neighbouring solid body, the faces in a straight line with (11 and 12) the plates (3 and 4) are porous surfaces traversed by a gas levitating the fluid.</p> |
