PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a material which holds beautiful metallic lustering properties and gives neither passage of electricity nor electric shock to a human body through touching with a hand, by a method wherein a releasing layer, a protective resin layer, a metallizing layer and a bonding layer are formed on the top surface of a base film in the order named under the condition that the visible light transmission of the metallizing layer and its surface resistance are set to be within specified ranges. SOLUTION: A base film, which must have a shape retention and is to be used as the base material of a transfer material, is arbitrarily selected from generally using materials. A releasing layer is used by being properly selected in proportion to the order of the ease of separation. In order to protect a metallizing layer, a protective resin layer is provided. As the protective resin layer, a photo-setting resin, which has favorable adhesion to both the releasing layer and the metallizing layer, is used. The metallizing layer is indispensable to the grant of metallic luster to the material. To revalate excellent metallic luster, the visible light transmission must lie within the range of 1-10%. The surface resistance of the metallizing layer is set to have 10<5>Ωor more. Thus, under the condition that the favorable metallic luster is held, the energizing shock to a human body can be avoided.
