PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a comfortable and healthy indoor environment for a resi dent. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor (Th) and a humidity sensor (Hu) are provided for detecting temperature and humidity in a room. Operation of air conditioning is controlled so as to keep temperature and humidity in the room within specified ranges. To determine humidity control range, a lower control limit is determined by an absolute humidity set on the basis of dryness of oral mucous membrane and an upper control limit is determined by a relative humidity set on the basis of deterioration degree of indoor air quality. Thus, infection of influenza and the like to a resident is avoided. |
