New pharmaceutical compositions particularly well adapted to the oral administration of superoxide dismutases (SOD), by providing them a good bioavailability and a therapeutical efficiency. Said pharmaceutical compositions comprise essentially in combination a superoxide dismutase and at least one compound selected in the group comprised of lipids such as ceramids and proteins such as the prolamines and the polymer films based on said prolamines and optionally one or a plurality of pharmaceutically acceptable vehicules.
