HYDRAULIC PRESS CONTROL SYSTEM

FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic vulcanizing press control systems. SUBSTANCE: press control system includes supply source, actuating cylinders connected with this source through hydraulic distributors with end cavities and drive with programmer on rod. Control pump is connected with end cavities of hydraulic distributors of actuating cylinders through control hydraulic distributors engageable with programmer. Hydraulic compensator with spring-loaded piston at power supply source inlet and safety valve fitted between supply source and drive with programmer on rod ensure motion of programmer to preset position. System is provided with pipe line connecting the outlets of hydraulic control distributors with cavities of drive provided with programmer on rod and proportioner made in form of cylinder with spring-loaded piston fitted at outlet of safety valve. Safety valve is mounted between power source and drive provided with programmer on rod. Throttle valve connects pipe line laid between proportioner and safety valve with hydraulic compensator. Two check valves are used to connect spring cavity of proportioner respectively with hydraulic compensator and drive provided with programmer on rod.
