FIELD: manufacture of building materials, particularly, production of fillers for concrete. SUBSTANCE: method consists in use of raw materials in the form of wastes of coal mining with the content of low-melting minerals of 20-80%, sandstone, 10-60%, and coal, 10-20%. Raw materials are subjected to crushing to obtain crushed products on nonlimited sizes, their separation into fractions sizing above 25 mm, equal to 25 mm, and smaller than 5 mm. Calcination of fraction of 5-25 mm to produce light filler, and use of fractions above 25 mm as heavy filler, and byproduct fraction sizing less than 5 mm is used as fuel.
