The mixer is enclosed in a cylindrical housing with loading and unloading pipe connections; the mixer shaft has three parts, the first and third of which are made in the form of screws and located under the loading pipe connection and above the unloading one respectively, blades are fastened on the second middle part of the shaft, and the additional bin is installed for feeding the explosive components to the mixer between the first and second parts of its shaft, besides, the screws of the first and third parts of the mixer shaft may have an opposite direction of flights, and the second middle part may be additionally, provided with dicks. The mixer slope to the base makes up 0 to 45 deg., and the vessel for liquid fuel is provided with an element for its heating; emulsion is used as the liquid phase in the additional bin.
