PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device and to improve performance such as the decrease in an input capacity in an ultra-low-frequency high-voltage power supply due to a new circuit configuration. SOLUTION: In a bi-phase half-wave rectification circuit, a modulation voltage according to a reference power supply 11 (0.1 Hz) of an AC switching regulator 2 is applied from a commercial frequency power supply 1 to the primary side of a high-voltage transformer 3 with secondary coil winding with a center tap, and middle points are connected by high-voltage semiconductor switches 25 and 26. In the bi-phase half-wave rectification circuit, the gate signal of the high-voltage semiconductor switch is set to a signal via the AND and OR circuits of each synchronous signal of a commercial frequency, a reference power supply frequency is alternately transferred for each inversion of the polarity of the commercial frequency voltage, and an ultra-low-frequency high voltage following the increase/decrease of the reference voltage is generated via two sets of rectification circuit and smoothing circuit according to the conduction operation of the high-voltage semiconductor switch.
