PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter which has a snubber circuit for bypassing high frequency voltage of a built-in single-phase full-wave rectifier circuit which can be reduced in size and extended in life. SOLUTION: Both ends of a secondary coil of a transformer 6 are connected to DC output terminals through rectifying elements 8, 8. A serial connection terminal 6a between a pair of sub coils 61, 62 constituting the secondary coil is connected to one of the DC output terminals and also is electrically connected to a base plate to become an earth terminal. A snubber circuit 7 connected between both ends of the secondary coil of the transformer 6 consists of a pair of CR filters 71, 72 and a conductor which is a serial connection terminal between the CR filters 71 and 72 is connected to a principal plane of the base plate just below the conductor through an interposed conductor. Due to this structure, the circuit has such a configuration that the sub coils 61, 62 of the secondary coil of the signle-phase full-wave rectifying transformer are bypass-connected by the CR filters 71, 72. As a result, heat generated by the snubber circuit 7 can be effectively dissipated to the base plate from the serial connection terminal between the CR filters 71 and 72 through the interposed conductor without decreasing a high frequency voltage bypass effect of the snubber circuit 7.
