PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of switching a transmission side device without turning a data bus to a high impedance state. SOLUTION: Each of transmission side devices GA1 to GA4 is provided with a selector 11 and a three-state buffer 12. In the case of switching the transmission side devices from the GA1 to the GA2, the three-state buffer 12-2 of the device GA2 in which an input to the selector 11-2 is switched to the data bus side is turned to an enabled state and the three-state buffer 12-1 of the GA1 is turned to a high impedance state. Thereby the output level of the data bus 1 is latched by data based on the GA1 through the selector 11. Then the input of the selector 11-1 is switched to the device inside side.
