PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fat- and cholesterol-reduced powdery product containing much phospholipids with an egg useful for health, etc., as a basis by extracting the egg under a specified condition through the use of compressed gas such as propane, etc. SOLUTION: A powdery starting material such as the egg, etc., is extracted by a solvent mixture consisting of propane and CO2 of which pressure is <=300 bar, preferably, 10-100 bar, a temp. is <=70 deg.C, preferably 20-60 deg.C and a mixture proportion is 95/5 to 5/95 wt.%, preferably 90/10 to 50/50 wt.%, more preferably 80/20 to 60/40 wt.% so as to obtain the target powdery product with the egg as the basis. Besides, it is favorable that extraction is executed by using 1-100 kg solvent mixture per 2 kg starting material. |
