PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope, and an adaptor for forcedly opening its channel without danger of causing flaws in a check valve or damaging fluid passage closing ability in cleaning the channel having the check valve. SOLUTION: In this endoscope having a check valve in a channel connecting an outlet part at the distal end of an insertion part to an inlet part opened in an operation part, a forcedly opening adaptor comprising a distal end insertion tube part to expand the check valve as installed and an introducing channel to be communicated with the distal end insertion tube part is detachably provided.
