PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel packaging bag which is devised to confirm a position of an unsealing cut by touching with a finger tip and which is devised to prevent contents from scattering when the bag is torn to open by fingers. SOLUTION: The packaging bag 2 comprising a transparent film, including a snack 8 and having the unsealing cut 1 is formed with touching protrusions 3 and 4 to be touched to recognize at both sides of the cut 1 wherein the protrusions 3 and 4 are oppositely provided by embossing during a manufacturing process of the bag. In addition, a protection line 7 which makes the bag difficult to cut is provided by building-up treatment by printing on a position on a line which passes the inside of the position where the cut 1 is provided and of which both ends reach or come close to two side rims with one corner of the bag 2 interposed.
