<p>PURPOSE: To enable even an operator, who has a little technical knowledge, to easily set an operating schedule by selecting a date on which the actual result is close to the estimated value from among the past thermal load data based on the estimated thermal load value and then outputting the selected date. CONSTITUTION: The operation support device main body 7 inputs the capacity of a thermal storage tank 3 outputted from an equipment condition setting means 8, the equipment conditions 9 of a district heating and cooling plant 1 such as the fault/ maintenance information, etc., of a heat source machine 2, the estimated thermal load 11 outputted from a thermal load estimation means 10, and the actual result data 13 outputted from an actual result data storage means 12. Then, the main body 7 selects a date on which the actual thermal load is close to the estimated value as a similar thermal load date from among the data 13, and the reference data including the day of the week of the similar thermal load date, the actual thermal load value, the thermal storage value, etc., are outputted for setting an operating schedule. In such a constitution, even an operator, who has a little technical knowledge, can easily set the operating schedule and also the work burden can be reduced for an operator who has the enough technical knowledge.</p> |
