PURPOSE: To eliminate a water receiving sheet, to simplify a work process, to reduce a cost by reducing kinds of materials used for a water receiver, and further to improve water resistance, chemical resistance, and antibactrial ability by a method wherein the water receiver to receive condensate from a heat-exchanger is formed of foamed polypropylene. CONSTITUTION: A water receiver 5 to receive drain generated during cooling operation and dehumidifying operation is mounted below a heat-exchanger 4. The water receiver 10 is formed of foamed polypropylene and a cured film 11 of polypropylene is formed on the surface of a part where drain flows. By covering the surface of the water receiver 10 with the cured film 11 instead of a conventional water receive sheet, water penetration resistance and corrosion resistance are provided. The water receiver 10 having the cured film 11 is formed in such a manner that the water receiver 10 is first formed of foamed polypropylene and secondly, the cured film 11 is formed by a top mold formed in a surface shape similar to a surface over which the drain in the water receiver flows and a bottom mold to support the top mould. |
