摘要 FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: motor has toothed rotor with tooth number z, toothed stator with tooth number zrelated to the former by equation z= z±p, where p=q,2,3... is number of pole pairs in stator winding, three-phase star-connected winding each of whose phases is built up of two parallel-connected and differentially interconnected half-phases spaced 180 el.deg. apart; each half-phase has p cumulatively interconnected coil groups and diode cumulatively connected relative to its starting lead; motor is provided, in addition, with second delta-connected three-phase winding connected to three-phase voltage supply in parallel to first three-phase winding spaced 30 el.deg. from first winding; each phase of second winding has also two parallel- connected and differentially interconnected half-phases spaced 180 el.deg. apart; each half-phase of p cumulatively interconnected coil groups has diode cumulatively connected relative to its starting lead; coils of both three-phase windings are wound with pitch equal to half the range of 1 to 1.5 pole pitch and turn number in coils of both windings is calculated and made so that magnetizing forces of these windings differ by not more than 15%. In addition, diode of first half-phase of each phase of star-connected winding is connected through its cathode to starting lead of winding and its anode is connected to terminal corresponding to this phase and to cathode of diode of second half-phase, the latter diode being connected through its anode to finishing lead of this half-phase; diode of first half-phase of each phase in delta-connected winding is connected through its cathode to starting lead of winding and through its anode, to terminal corresponding to this phase and to finishing lead of second half-phase whose diode is connected through its cathode to starting lead of this half-phase. Where requirements to stepless rotation of motor are not so stringent and motor power output is low, quantity of diodes may be twice as small; when this is the case, starting leads of first similar half-phases of both three- phase windings spaced 30 el.deg. apart are interconnected and connected to cathode of common diode whose anode is connected to terminal of respective phase and to cathode of second diode whose anode is connected to interconnected leads of second similar half-phases of particular phase. At low speed and low-inertia shaft load, motor has one three-phase winding and, correspondingly, twice as great quantity of coils and its coil groups. EFFECT: improved starting and running torque.
