DAMPER HINGE

PURPOSE: A damper hinge is provided to open and close a door smoothly without a closer. CONSTITUTION: The damper hinge comprises: a door operation unit(1) composed of a cylindrical primary housing(11) and unified with a door fixing bracket(12); a doorframe fixation unit(2) composed of a cylindrical secondary housing(21) and unified with a doorframe fixing bracket(22); and a hydraulic operation unit(3) provided with a cylinder(31) formed in the primary housing(11) of the door operation unit(1), a control screw(32) provided with a primary check valve(312) and screwed on the middle of a head(311) of the cylinder(31), primary and secondary pressure oil through holes(313,314) formed on the upper and lower sides of both heads(311) of the control screw(32), a control spiral(323) formed on the lower outside of the control screw(32), and a piston(33) provided with a secondary check valve and screwed on a shaft(334) having a vertical hole(334a) in the cylinder(31) to make rectilinear and rotary motions along a lower guide part(34) of the cylinder(31) working together with the door operation unit(1).
