An applicant database (310) stores information (applicant information) about applicants to job offers, and status information associated with the applicant information and representing the applicants' statuses in a recruiting process. The applicant search unit (514) allows the applicant database (310) to be searched for stored applicant information using given conditions. A person in charge enters status information about applicants.
