PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the acquisition of a telephone number. SOLUTION: A dial signal for identifying a callee inputted to terminal equipment (31) is supplied through a terminal equipment connecting part (13) and a channel switch network (12) arranged in a switchboard (10) to a control unit (14), and converted into telephone number data transmittable to a portable terminal by a data converting circuit (15) of the control part (14). The telephone number data are transmitted from the control unit (14) through the channel switch network (12) and a line connecting part (11) to the portable terminal. Thus, it is possible to transmit the telephone number to the portable terminal as data, and it is possible for a user to save a labor to write down the telephone number or to input it to the portable terminal.
