PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling module in which the requirement of a thin module is satisfied without sacrifice of exhaust efficiency or noise performance. SOLUTION: Air being taken in from the opposite sides of a fan 7 as the fan 7 rotates is discharged not from one position but from a plurality of exhaust holes 13 and 22. Since the volume of exhaust air is increased and the exhaust efficiency is enhanced as compared with prior art, cooling effect is enhanced significantly in a housing 31 for fixing a module body 1. Noise performance is also enhanced because air is distributed to the plurality of exhaust holes 13 and 22.
