PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge with which a disk is safely loaded into or unloaded from a disk case without contacting the hand when replacing the disks. SOLUTION: A main body case 1 is provided with an opening part 9 for loading or unloading the disk. The disk cartridge has a disk holder 10 which can be freely taken out from and inserted into the main body case 1 through the opening part 9. The disk holder 10 is composed of a disk main body 10a, a lid part 11 which closes the opening part 9, and a pair of elastic arms 12 and 12 which can freely be enlarged or contracted are integrally provided on the right and left of the disk main body 10a. Two points P1 and P2 on an outer periphery at the case inner backside from the center of a disk 2 are interlocked and held by the pair of elastic arms 12 and 12. The disk 2 is taken out from and inserted into the main body case 1 in the state where it is interlocked between the elastic arms 12 and 12. In the state where the disk holder 10 is inserted into and mounted on the main body case 1 with the disk 2, the opening part 9 is airtightly closed by the lid part 11, and the disk 2 can freely be rotated in the main body case 1.
