PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a reset signal generating circuit for generating a reset signal at a fixed level regardless of a change in a power-up slope and a change in a temperature applied to a reset circuit. SOLUTION: The reset signal generating circuit comprises a power source sensing stabilizing part, a pull-up driving part, a voltage regulating part, a feedback control part, a pull-up control part, a self-pull-up bias part and a self-bias part and only when a power supply voltage reaches a fixed level regardless of the power-up slope, the reset signal is generated. Further, a temperature compensating circuit is provided to compensate a change in operating characteristics of the voltage regulating part with the change in the temperature, and the generation of the reset signal is minimized from becoming unstable with the change in the temperature.
