PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize A/D converters at the time of one screen display, in a video signal processor which has the A/D converters of N lines in order to display video signals of at least N lines (N is integer of at least two) on one display device. SOLUTION: The video signal processor is provided with video signal supply means 23, 24 which supply an analog video signal D1 or D2 for display to the A/D converter of M lines (M is integer of at least 2 and at most N) out of the A/D converters 2, 3 of N lines when one screen display is performed, clock supply means 27, 30-32 which supply sampling clocks C of same frequency by shifting phase by 1/M period to the A/D converter of M lines when one screen display is performed, and a synthetic means 22 which performs nested composite of digital video signals outputted from the A/D converters of M lines every 1/M period when one screen display is performed.
