PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent notification from being delayed owing to low-necessity communication processing while crime-prevention equipment is in detecting operation. SOLUTION: The information system, equipped with information equipment 1 which controls by wireless the crime-prevention equipment such as a human body sensor 7 and a home appliance such as a microwave oven 9 and is connected to a center server 4 through an outdoor network 2, inhibits operation control processing for the microwave oven 9 etc., and low-emergency downloading processing while the crime-prevention equipment is in detecting operation.
