The invention relates to a clip for positioning electronic components, said clip comprising a holder (2) and a mobile element (1) provided with an actuating part (10) and at least three jaws (11, 12, 13, 14) enabling an electronic component (8) to be mechanically contacted (8) in at least three bearing points and according to at least two non-parallel directions in order to position said component in relation to the holder (2) in a positioning plane. Said clip is actuated by a linear movement of the actuating part (10) in relation to the holder (2), according to an actuating axis which is parallel to the positioning plane. The invention also relates to a device for positioning electronic components, said device comprising one such clip (1, 2) and an actuator (30) for automatically actuating the clip (1, 2), and to a corresponding method for positioning electronic components. The inventive clip is thus very compact as all of the mobile parts thereof move in a single plane, and the linear actuation thereof can be automatically carried out by relatively simple actuating mechanisms. Furthermore, as the components are deposited and removed at the same place on the clip, the inventive clip is especially suitable for integrating into an automatic treatment line. |
