PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting apparatus or the like which prevents a product life from being shortened and can reduce running costs of a liquid as well. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting apparatus 100 has a liquid jetting head 110 which includes nozzle openings 111a for discharging a liquid to a target 200, pressure generation chambers 115 where a liquid to be supplied to the nozzle openings is disposed, and piezoelectric devices 114 for exciting the pressure generation chambers; and a sucking discharging means 130 which sucks and discharges bubbles within the pressure generation chambers via the nozzle openings. The liquid jetting apparatus 100 is equipped with a bubble generation estimation information storage means 174 which stores bubble generation estimation information for estimating a bubble generation state in the pressure generation chambers, and an excitement and suction discharge information storage means 175 which stores excitement information for exciting the piezoelectric devices so as to eliminate bubbles whose generation is estimated on the basis of the bubble generation estimation information, and sucking discharging operation information for operating the sucking discharging means so as to eliminate the estimated bubbles.
