PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device whose flexible printed wiring board (FPC) is made small and which can suppress breakage of an electronic component. SOLUTION: This display device (LCD unit 60) includes a driving IC 17 fitted to a surface of a glass substrate 14 constituting a display panel and an upper frame 1 for fixing the display panel.
