摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscope capable of finding correct spectroscopic sensitivity without measuring it actually in every of replacement times, even when an optical element is replaced. SOLUTION: This spectroscope is provided with an information processor 250 for finding a spectroscopic characteristic of a measuring object, based on a spectroscopic characteristic data obtained by making fluorescence get incident into a spectroscopic unit by a microscope 220 and a confocal unit 210. The information processor 250 constitutes a storage means for storing the spectroscopic characteristics about the plurality of respective optical elements, while correlated with the respective elements, by an external storage device 254. A CPU 252 realizes a means for receiving specification about the optical element included in a used optical system, and a means for reading out spectroscopic characteristic information as to the used optical element stored by the storage means, based on information for specifying the received optical element, and for finding spectroscopic characteristic information of the used optical system, and for finding the spectroscopic characteristic of the object, using the spectroscopic characteristic information, and the spectroscopic characteristic data output from the spectroscopic unit.
