PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying electricity to a reel for fishing, capable of realizing stable supply of the electricity, by a simple structure, capable of being easily gripped, and therefore capable of realizing excellent operability in gripping. SOLUTION: This device for supplying the electricity is structured so that a battery connecting part 16 is positioned on a reel body 10 which is attached to a fishing rod 20, a case body 31 is suspendedly attached to the reel body 10 in such a state that a connector 34 which is protrusively positioned on the case body 31 of a battery 30 is electrically connected to the battery connecting part 16, and an external shape of the case body 31 is formed into such a shape that a space X for positioning fingers is formed between the reel body 10 and the fingers 100 of the hand for holding the fishing rod 20.
