PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade apparatus for a mowing machine that is a type having a blade type rotary blade accompanied by a wind-creator but scarcely remain poor cutting caused by the created wind. SOLUTION: In this cutting blade apparatus, the front rotary blade 22 and the rear rotary blade 27 are freely rotatably combined into one body. The blade edge 28a of the blade 27 is positioned on the front side in the cutting blade rotary direction more than the rear end 24a of the wind-creating part 24 under the wind-creating part 24 of the front rotary blade 22.
