A method for providing a reception prohibition cancellation report service by using a mobile communication network is provided to notify a caller, who has attempted to originate a call for a reception prohibition time set by a callee, of the fact that the reception prohibition is cancelled, and notify the receiver of information about the caller who has attempted the call during the reception prohibition, so that the caller can automatically receive information about the current state of the callee. A method for providing a reception prohibition cancellation report service by using a mobile communication network comprises the following steps of: enabling a callee to cancel reception prohibition in a state that the reception prohibition is set(S17); and transmitting a message for informing a caller, related to the callee, of cancellation of the reception prohibition(S20). The caller related to the callee is a caller who has attempted to originate a call more than once after the reception prohibition is set.
