A liquid drug which contains the following ingredients (A) and (B): (A) the compound represented by the following formula (1) a salt of the compound, or a hydrate of either; and (B) a compound of a polyvalent metal, the molar ratio of the ingredient (B) to the ingredient (A) (polyvalent metal/ingredient (A)) being 0.01-0.7. A liquid drug for intravascular administration can be provided which contains the quinolone compound in a sufficient amount and which less arouses a trouble despite the incorporation of a small amount of the polyvalent-metal compound. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
