Drill head that provides increase of reliability and durability due to exclusion of radial reactions on surface of connection of support toe of spindle and damper piston at instant of suppression of most strong reflected impact pulses includes body, rotary element, bearing drill instrument, impact piston, damper piston, gas accumulator and system of pressure, discharge and command channels that periodically connect the back working chamber and pressure and discharge mains through slide. Rotary element consists of drive and spindle with support toe. Impact instrument forms with body front and back working chambers. Damper piston is coaxially and hermetically installed on impact piston with possibility of restriction with one end of front working chamber, and with the other end it is coupled to support toe of the spindle. Gas accumulator is connected to front working chamber and pressure mains. Surface of coupling of support toe of the spindle and damper piston has spherical shape. Hermetic center of surface of coupling is placed on long axis of drill head.
