A method for producing the bent profiles includes formation of periodic corrugations on flat billet in upper and lower rolls coupled along the roll pass with forming elements and subsequent step by step bending of the processed billet with final shape of cross section of U- and C-shaped profile. The formation of periodic corrugations is carried out in the separate longitudinal sections of the flat blank, which correspond to the areas or elements of increased operating load of made U- and C-shaped profiles, due to the assembly of upper and lower shafts on the sections, which correspond to the sections of forming of periodic corrugations, from separate disks with forming elements as of uniformprojections evenly located on their circle, the spaces between which correspond to the projections of the disks of coupled roll, moreover, the disks with forming elements are installed between them with guarantee of a staggered arrangement of projections and spaces on the width of section, with subsequent step by step bending on the corresponding components of U-, C-shaped profile are additionally formed appropriate longitudinal ??- or V-shaped corrugations of hardness with convexity inside the profile.
