A process for the preparation of synthetic component of diesel fuel from vegetable fats consists in obtaining component of diesel fuel according to wasteless technology in several stages. At the first stage a partial hydrolysis of original vegetable oil is performed with deionized water at the temperature of 160-240 DEGREE C and pressure of 1.6-3.0 MPa in the presence of heterogeneous granulated catalysts with acid or basic properties. At the second stage an amination of catalysate formed in hydrolysis is carried out with diethylenetriamine (DETA) or tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA) at the temperature of 80-160 DEGREE C and pressure close to atmospheric one with 100 % conversion of initial reagents.
