METHOD FOR TREATING ACUTE THROMBOSIS OF DEEP VEINS IN LOWER LIMBS

The method for treating the acute thrombosis of the deep veins in the lower limbs comprises the use of thrombolytic, anticoagulant, and the system enzyme therapy. Urokinase 4400 IU/kg is administered into the foot vein in a stream mode for 15 min with the aid of infusomate followed by further administration for 10 h at a rate of 4400 IU/kg per hour with the accompanying external compression of the shin. Then Clexane is administered subcutaneously at a dose of 1 mg/kg for 6-8 days followed by Varvarin. In addition, Flogenzyme is taken for two months at a dose of two tablets thrice a day.
