One performs distribution of information on untraced person with use of photographs or video images of that person, and contact phone numbers, and public is asked to give information on place of stay of person through recording special television issues and translation those in broadcast of television channels, through creation of special advertisements as computer files and use those at sites of Internet network, in periodic printed editions, on posters with different formats that are make by separation of material carrier to separate elements, with application to material carrier of proto to separate element, with application near photo of special description, with separation of frames of each element with bright color to turn attention, and one placed as streets of cities, at railroad and bus stations, in trade enterprises and other places of increased public crowding, one obtains from public through channels of telephone communication information on place of stay of untraced person and gives information obtained to persons interested.
