PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle-removing, deodorizing agent composition which has an excellent effect for reducing composite odors originated from sweat odors, aldehyde odors, and the like, and can remove the wrinkles of a fiber product without deteriorating the texture of the fiber product, and to provide a method for removing wrinkles. SOLUTION: (1) This wrinkle-removing, deodorizing agent composition comprises (a) a specific polyhydroxyamine compound and/or its salt, (b) a polyether-modified silicone compound, and (c) silica fine particles. And (2) the wrinkle-removing, deodorizing method comprises adhering the wrinkle-removing, deodorizing agent composition to a target having a solid surface to reduce the odor and wrinkles of the target.
