PURPOSE: To improve the yield of products by forming an airway with a non- dust forming metal and a straight plane, thereby eliminating the occurrence of the defects in baking patterns, i.e., foreign matter to be the case for pinholes, chipping, disconnecting and shorting, from an airway duct. CONSTITUTION: The member 10 of the airway duct 5 is composed by using a stainless steel and aluminum alloy in place of resins which generate dust from the member 10 of the airway duct of this baking device. Since the production of the airway duct member having curved surface parts by the stainless steel an aluminum alloy, etc., is infeasible, the airway duct member is formed to a shape consisting only of straight planes by bending and welding, by which the airway duct member 10 having the functions nearly similar to the functions of the airway duct member of the resins having the curved surface parts is obtd. The dust-free airway duct 5 is composed by such airway duct member 10. The prevention of dust generation is possible as well even if the surfaces of the airway are solidified by a surface treatment without using the stainless steel and aluminum alloy. |
