<p>PURPOSE: To enable the disinfecting of microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses existing in a solution of blood, plasma or the like of a human body or rendering of ammonia or the like therein inert or acid by a method wherein breathing electrodes are provided inside a filtering device and a distance between the electrodes and a voltage are set at specified values to pass the solution between the electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A filtering device 1 is filled with a spherical filtering material 5 which has the diameter of about several millimeter and is made up of a conductor, and the filtering material 5 is kept in contact with breathing electrodes 6 made up of a conductor arranged vertically to run a negative or positive current. Here, a distance between the electrodes is 3mm, 2mm, 1mm or 0.5mm or less and the voltage thereof is 3V, 2V, 1V or 0.5V or less. Blood of a human body is led outside the body to perform an extracorporeal circulation of the whole blood or a plasma component or a serum component inside the filtering device 1 and a voltage and a current are applied thereto. Thus, HIV virus is not allowed to pass through the filtering material 5 by electric repulsion, made to adsorb or disinfected and made inert.</p> |
