<p>PURPOSE: To prepare a long-term repair plan easily. CONSTITUTION: When the deterioration diagnosis data of a building formed with multiple parts is inputted for multiple deterioration items diagnosed beforehand for the multiple parts (Step S1), the degree of deterioration to relatively compare the multiple deterioration items for each part is obtained, and a repair specification based on the deterioration degree is prepared (Step S2). Also, when repair quantity data showing the quantity of previously investigated each part is inputted (Step S3), the data is totaled for each part type so as to prepare a repair schedule up to the predetermined year based on the repair specification and, based on the repair schedule, the repair cost plan is prepared (Step S4). Then, when a specified year is given (Step S5), an estimate is prepared based on the specification, repair schedule, and repair cost plan (Step S6).
