PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC machine tool facilitating setup change work to rapidly start machining in each jig base. SOLUTION: In this NC machine tool, a machine tool body 10A has the plurality of jig bases 31-33, a jig 60 fixed with a workpiece can be positioned in the jig base 31-33, and the machining of the workpiece on the jig 60 can be executed according to a machining program. The NC machine tool has: a plurality of pieces of first reference coordinate data peculiar to the respective jig bases 31-33, specified in a coordinate system of the machine tool body 10A; second reference coordinate data for specifying a machining reference peculiar to each the jig 60, corresponding to a plurality of the jigs 60; and an arithmetic processing device 14 calculating machining reference coordinates used in the machining program based on the first reference coordinate data and the second reference coordinate data when the jig 60 is set in one of the jig bases 31-33.
