PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact lens device without lengthening the length of an optical axis direction of the lens device by hardly shortening the length of the optical axis direction of a planar motor coil in the lens device having a moving lens adjacent to a vibration prevention lens. SOLUTION: At a position where a lens holding frame 34 of a focus lens 18 becomes closest to an object side, a front end cylindrical part 35 of the lens holding frame 34 is positioned at the position underneath to the photographing optical axis L side of the planar motor coils 62, 92 arranged on the outside circumference of the vibration prevention lens 16. The lens device 10 of the embodiment can be composed without shortening the length of the optical axis direction of the motor coils 62, 92 in order to avoid the collision of the motor coils 62, 92 and the lens holding frame 34 by making such underneath structure. In addition, in the same manner, in order to avoid the collision of the motor coils 62, 92 and the lens holding frame 34, the lens device can be composed without uselessly lengthening the length of the optical axis direction as the lens device 10.
