PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan shroud structure capable of efficiently cooling a heating element such as an electronic component for electric fan motor control without deteriorating layout characteristics in a vehicle longitudinal direction, heat release performance and noise. SOLUTION: The electronic component 5 for fan motor control is installed outside an air blowing passage 19 of a fan shroud main body 1 arranged to close between a heat exchanger and a peripheral region of a motor fan 2 and form the air blowing passage 19. An air introducing passage 4b arranged adjacent to an opening edge part of an air blowing discharge hole 18 formed on the fan shroud main body 1, introducing part of air of the motor fan 2 from an introducing port 4a opened toward the outer peripheral edge part of the motor fan 2, and blowing the air to the electronic component 5 is formed.
