PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a power generation system using osmotic pressure generated by salt concentration difference between sea water and fresh water for accelerating use of natural energy to prevent global warming. SOLUTION: In this osmotic pressure type compressed air storage turbine generator system, air is compressed to high pressure by using osmotic pressure between seawater and fresh water, or between seawater and high salt concentration seawater, the compressed air is stored in a tank, the stored compressed air is used as combustion air of the gas turbine generator and a drive source of a expansion air turbine, and AC electric power is generated by a generator.
