FIELD: electrical communication. ^ SUBSTANCE: assessment method of masking direct noise interference quality is referred to radio communication, electrical communication and computer engineering and, particularly, to methods and devices of information protection in computer networks. The proposed method includes receiving masking direct noise interference, converting to electrical signal, sampling momentary electrical signal values by sampling time, measuring electrical signal voltage levels for the sampled time moments, plotting histogram of electrical signal voltage momentary values distribution law and calculating entropy factor of momentary electrical signal voltage values quality with regard to the reference normal law of electrical signal voltage momentary values distribution. The above-described method differs from the popular methods by the additionally assumed masking direct noise interference to be de-modulated by amplitude and converted into electrical signal amplitude voltage. After that, sampling by electrical signal amplitude voltage sampling time is performed and electrical signal amplitude voltage levels are measured for the sampled time moments and histogram is plotted to show electrical signal amplitude voltage distribution law. Finally, entropy factor of electrical signal amplitude voltage value quality is calculated with regard to the reference Rayleigh distribution law for the electrical signal amplitude voltage values. The entropy factor of masking direct noise interference quality is defined as a product of entropy quality factors of momentary electrical signal voltage value and electrical signal amplitude voltage value. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy of masking direct noise interference quality assessment. ^ 1 dwg |
