An inverter circuit is provided to remove initialization operation which separately operates a first switching device in order to operate a second switching device by excluding a bootstrap circuit. An inverter circuit comprises a high voltage IC(Integrated Circuit)(210), a first switching device(220), a second switching device(230), and a power supply unit. The high voltage IC generates a first gate control signal according to supply of a first power source(VCC1) and a first control signal(AOUT1), and generates a second gate control signal according to supply of a second power source(VCC2) and a second control signal(BOUT1). The first switching device converts a DC power source into an AC power source through switching operation corresponding to the first gate control signal inputted in a gate terminal. The second switching device converts a DC power source into an AC power source through switching operation corresponding to the second gate control signal inputted in a gate terminal. The power supply unit supplies a first power source and a second power source.
