A transmission for a vehicle is provided to reduce the rotation quantity of the interlock body by reducing the gap of transmission during the reverse shift. An interlock body(100) is inserted into a speed change lug which is formed at the variable speed rail. The variable speed rail rotates according to the shift. The speed change lug is formed with the nipper type and the interlock body is inserted into the variable speed rail. A rail groove(110) is formed on the upper end of the interlock body. A reamer bolt(200) is inserted between the rail grooves.
